Fay is one of few solicitors to hold Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Proceedings. This is recognition of her skills and experience as an advocate and means that she can appear for clients in the High Court and above. Fay serves on the West Mercia Family Justice Council and on the committee of the Shropshire Child Care Group.
