Many of our clients come to us in difficult times and we try to make the experience as easy as possible, protecting from unnecessary anxiety and limiting emotional and financial cost.
We are accessible
Our clients are both local and national. We use the best of modern technology to speed up and assist communication. We don’t just accept private paying clients but are contracted with the Legal Services Commission to provide publicly funded work (legal aid) and will tell you if you are eligible. We operate a 24 hour service to give emergency advice. For the disabled or those who would otherwise be unable to get into see us we may be able to arrange home visits.
